Chef Jean-François Piège brings his inimitable style to Jardin Tropezina’s relaxed beachside restaurant, where a menu of timeless Mediterranean dishes showcases the freshest seasonal ingredients to delight the whole family. Having begun his career in Saint-Tropez more than 35 years ago, Piège returns to his roots, crafting delicious dishes that serve as an upbeat ode to the Mediterranean, capturing all the culinary magic of this sun-drenched region.
Fish and meat straight are served straight from the grill, accompanied by the freshest seasonal salads and vegetables. Try a genuine Niçoise Salad, savour Grilled Langoustines, or discover Provençal-style Lamb Estouffade. For dessert, expect to be tempted by fruity, frosted treats
